On the continent of Westgrass, human beings, elves, orcs, demons, and angels have all coexisted peacefully since the conclusion of the last major conflict at Holdsworth wall many centuries ago.

Following a conference amongst their rulers, a deal was struck where humans, elves, and angels would rule Westgrass. Orcs and demons, on the other hand, were sent to Dantrevt's hell, where no one was allowed to cross the barrier.

Demons and orcs were banished to the southern part of Westgrass, where they developed their strategy for complete dominance. Orcs and demons joined up to construct a massive army with the intention of seizing control of the kingdom as part of an elaborate plot for retribution that had been in the planning stages for several years.
