The Maker Towns are a group of NFT architecture that was created by the Makers. This collection is part of a project that focuses on architecture and is currently building a home for our Makers in the Metaverse!

The Maker Town will consist of a collection of 600 NFT structures, which, when combined, will make a total of 200 Maker Towns. These Maker Towns will be compatible assets with the Metaverse. In order for it to function properly, a Maker Town will be made up of three NFT Buildings: one Maker Shrine, one Ape House, and one BlockOwl House as a tribute to Cardano Apes and Block Owls.

You will send the matching pair of three NFTs of the same rarity level to be burned (1 Maker Shrine, 1 Ape House, and 1 BlockOwl House), and in exchange, you will get a Maker Town NFT that includes those buildings as well as an extra design. This will allow you to combine all three NFTs into a single Maker Town.

You may ALTERNATIVELY decide to preserve your building NFTs without merging them in order to make use of the fact that each of them will eventually be able to function as a single Compatible Asset that you can include in your Metaverse narrative. You may do this by retaining your building NFTs.

The following is how the Rarity Level in Maker Town will function:

      1-    Legendary (1 Maker Towns = 3 NFTs)

      2-    Rare (16 Maker Towns = 48 NFTs)

      3-    Uncommon (53 Maker Towns = 159 NFTs)

      4-    Common (130 Maker Towns = 390 NFTs)

The 200 NFTs in Maker Town bring the total number of NFTs under construction to 600.
